The chemical may be subject to other Australian Government and State or Territory Government regulations.

If the Inventory terms of listing for a chemical also contains a specific information requirement, defined scope of assessment, conditions of introduction or use, or if the chemical has restrictions on importation and manufacture, you must check each one and comply.
